You can keep the dumpster for the entire length of the contract. Typical rental periods are 7-14 days. However, we are very service oriented and we have the flexibility to work with you if it looks like your project may last longer than the agreed upon contract period. Please be aware that additional rental fees may be added to your original invoice. So please call us before the end of the rental agreement and our sales staff will work with you.

Every location is different. Where you can place your dumpster rental in Orlando may be different than where you can place one in Daytona. Check with your municipality or homeowner’s association first if you need to put the dumpster in the street. Many of the rules and guidelines regarding dumpster placement differ according to the city and neighborhood where you live.

Residential dumpster – a standard dumpster usually located in an area of a business or complex for use of the general waste that is produced by those locations. Normally this refuse only consists of household and office waste. These dumpsters are handled on a regular, pre-set schedule by the local waste management service. Dumpsters are emptied into a large compactor and remain as a permanent fixture in the area they are located in.
Roll off containers – designed for construction and demolition clean up. It is important to note that some items are prohibited to be placed in these containers depending on the hauler and local regulations. Roll-off containers are long rectangular dumpsters that typically range in capacity from 10 cu. yds. to 30 cu. yds. When full, a roll off is removed from an area using a special truck designed to carry it from the fill location to the dump site.

Due to the dumpster’s weight, there is a risk that it may cause some damage to your lawn and certain types of driveways. If this is a concern of yours, we recommend having pieces of plywood ready when the container is delivered to place under the wheels of the dumpster. This should help minimize any damage. Javi’s Dumpster Rentals does not take any responsibility or liability for any damage caused to your lawn or driveway, however.

Please order your dumpster 48 hours in advance if possible. However, in certain situations, your Dumpster Rental representative may be able to deliver the container sooner.

When you order your dumpster, your Dumpster Rental representative will consult with you to find out the size of your project and schedule the correct amount of hauls needed. We want you to be completely satisfied with your dumpster service so we will schedule any additional hauls, if needed.

We think you’ll be happy with the dumpster rental price you get from Dumpster Rental. You can pay for your dumpster rental in advance with PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

It is not necessary for someone to be present when your dumpster is delivered. However, if you have any special directions or placement requests, it is advisable that someone is present to be sure that the driver understands your needs.

Generally speaking, you cannot dispose of hazardous wastes in your dumpster. Below is a list of hazardous wastes that are unacceptable materials to put into a roll off dumpster. Please contact Javi’s Dumpster Rental about any items you are uncertain about.
